Karen brings a lifelong passion for real estate, architecture, and design to her role as an Associate Broker. Serving the Denver Metro Area and Front Range, Karen is dedicated to helping clients find more than just a house—she helps them find home. Before transitioning into real estate, Karen earned a B.S. in Marketing from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Radiation Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University, building a successful career in radiation oncology—an area of healthcare where clear communication, empathy, and trust are essential. These same qualities now define her approach to real estate: she listens carefully, advocates fiercely, and guides each transaction with professionalism and heart. 

Karen’s love for real estate started early, and after buying and selling several homes of her own, she turned that personal passion into a professional purpose. Whether working with first time buyers, those relocating to Colorado, or clients exploring investment opportunities, Karen’s goal is to make the process seamless, informed, and rewarding. 

Outside of real estate, Karen finds joy in the simple things - quiet mornings with her husband and their two dogs, weekend escapes to the mountains, having new culinary experiences, and
planning cross-country road trips. Originally from the East Coast and with a husband that has roots in San Diego, she still loves returning to the ocean for a moment of peace with her toes in the sand. These experiences reinforce her belief that home is more than a place—it’s a feeling— and she considers it a privilege to help others find theirs.
