Woman-owned Denver real estate teamerage recognized across leadership, service, and production categories

DENVER, CO — Live.Laugh.Colorado., a locally owned, woman-owned real estate teamerage serving the Denver Metro area, announced that five of its team members were recognized at the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) annual Excellence Awards.

The honors include three individual achievement awards recognizing leadership and service, as well as three recognitions for production.

Achievement & Service Awards:

Tracee Wilcox, named Support Person of the Year, oversees operations for more than 200 transactions annually, including compliance and financial management. She serves as a key resource for agents navigating complex transactions and operational processes.

Delia Garcia, recipient of the Pathways Award, was recognized for her work serving Spanish-speaking clients. She focuses on ensuring accessibility and understanding throughout the homebuying process while connecting clients with aligned industry professionals and resources.

Christina Ray, honored with the Emerging Champion Award, was recognized for her leadership, mentorship, and involvement with DMAR’s Market Trends Committee. She also earned a Gold Level Production Award, reflecting both professional leadership and performance.
